Sakineh's painting to be exhibited
I will be in Paris in April, and I will use that opportunity to discuss possibilities to exhibit my painting of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani in the French capital. The people of France, with prominent persons like Madame Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and Sir Bernhard-Henry Levi, has shown an inspiring engagement in Sakineh's case. I painted this picture on the main street of Trondheim, Norway, in protest against the Iranian regime's mistreatment of ms Ashtiani. I hope exhibiting it can continue to voice her case.
